Property description: 1,500,000 square feet, 50-acre industrial park at the intersection of I-70 and I-465 in Indianapolis.
History:  Built by Western Electric in 1948, the site served as their rotary phone manufacturing plant until the 1980s, when it was converted into multi-tenant office and industrial space.
Redevelopment: Replaced lights in parking lot and industrial space. Installed a new HVAC system for main industrial building, and re-roofed main industrial building.
Current Status: The project is approximately 90% leased.
