Redevelopment: ODI replaced the carpet, repainted, re-paved the parking lot, and developed several 150-300 square foot plug-and-play executive offices featuring state-of-the-art telecommunications and amenities.
Current status: The office space was sold in 2016. The owners enjoy Nevada tax advantages and are minutes from Lake Tahoe.
