Sandra Toon joined the ODI team in 1999. She oversees the insurance for the properties and is responsible for payroll, employee benefits and all other personnel-related matters. Sandra also maintains ownership information and handles the bookkeeping for ODI in Northern California.

James Madsen joined ODI in 2007 to work in business development. Previously he held positions at the White House, the State Department, and managed SSE Capital Group, a student union bank with more than $10 million in assets. He graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in political science and honors in international security studies.
Ivonne Inurritegui-Folster

Ivonne Inurritegui-Folster obtained her business education at the Universidad Catolica in Lima-Peru. During and after her studies, she worked with Lever Pacocha, a subsidiary of Unilever in London, as assistant to the Marketing Director – a position she held for 10 years.
Upon her departure from Lever, she formed two companies in Lima, Video VIP (video rental service) and Caritas Felices (children’s events coordination) and became the youngest entrepreneur in Lima. Ivonne sold both businesses after she came to this country.
While continuing her studies at San Francisco Community College and UC Berkeley, Ms. Inurritegui-Folster held two positions. Her first position was with Univision (the Spanish Network) doing marketing research. Her second position was as an assistant to a partner at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco.
Ms. Inurritegui-Folster later accepted a position with California Investors Group, a development company in San Francisco owned by Joseph Perrelli. She assisted Mr. Perrelli with the responsibilities of the company for 5 years.
Ms. Inurritegui-Folster is now the Vice President of ODI and oversees the leasing and the asset management of the entire portfolio.

Gregg Herbert possesses a broad based commercial real estate experience as a former Senior Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, California. His primary responsibilities include the management of new development operations of ODI and directing the expansion of the company's business venues.
Herbert's real estate credentials, which have been recognized nationally, include experience with redevelopment of existing properties, land development, and Fortune 500 tenant representation. Herbert was formerly a marketing executive for IBM Corporation. He received his B.A. Degree in Business and Finance, graduating with distinction from Bowling Green University in Ohio.

Eddie Orton earned his law degree at the University of California in Berkeley as a member of the Law Review. After serving briefly as a law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals in San Francisco, Orton joined the family company as West Coast Manager and Trader for RSM Company, a domestic and international textile trading company based in North Carolina. For five years he was responsible for trade in Mexico, Italy, Peru and Japan. Under his management, the Oakland office produced an annual turnover of approximately $10 million. As owner of RSM, Orton now serves as vice-chairman of the board.
In 1984, Mr. Orton began his real estate investments, specializing in mixed-use industrial rehabilitation development in the San Francisco Bay Area. His real estate partnerships have owned and developed approximately 11 million square feet of property.
Orton also founded BoomerangIt, Inc. (www.boomerangit.com), which sells leading-edge database applications, including the "VIN for everything else."

Maria also facilitated the launch of The Globe Newspapers in 2004, a Bay Area weekly community publication under the advisory of ODI.

Leslie Clay joined ODI in 2002 to direct the administrative operations and assist with the asset management functions of ODI. She began her real estate career in the field of commercial property management, and more recently managed the business activities of a top producing investment team at one of the nation’s largest commercial brokerage companies.
